Very pleased with the level of service provided by the Craig Dernis and the Collision Law Center.

After I got hit by a driver with a difficult insurance company, Craig doggedly pursued compensation. It took some time because the courts are slow, but in the end we got a fair settlement. Craig's fee was very reasonable - in fact I think he undercharged for his service (but don't tell him I said so).

It was nice to actually talk to a lawyer when I called. He took the time to discuss my case . Although he could not take my case he was upfront with every option. It was reassuring not to be talked down to , or to be brushed off. He took the time to go through the email that I sent him. If I happen to need a lawyer again , we will definitely consider Craig’s lol se firm.

I Had the change to work with Craig on a diminishing value claim after my car got rear ended. My car is a limited edition car and it was important for me to make sure I don't lose money when I sell it.
Craig did everything in his power to make sure I get the just lost value back from the insurance company. But more importantly - he was there.
He was always available on the phone and emails, always responsive, and always kind and gentle. I will recommend any person to work with Craig because he is truly a professional with top ethics and morals.

I couldn't be happier with Craig and his office. Receiving funds as a result of the properly handled diminished value case was a wonderful addition to my personal injury settlement. Not everyone is aware that diminished property claims can be filed in so many accident cases. Obviously, if you sustained damage to your car, you know your car will never be the same even if it undergoes costly money and time wise repairs. I think diminished value claims is a bit of a silver lining in otherwise unpleasant situation of an accident. I loved that attorney worked on a contingency fee basis which meant I owed nothing upfront and his fee was collected after he was able to achieve a great result. The office was professional,. I was able to get a hold of the attorney EVERY time I called to speak with him. I highly recommend this attorney.
