I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the way my case was handled from start to finish. The staff was absolutely professional and great to work with. Every detail was taken care of. Their preparation was fantastic. When we arrived at our hearing, the docket was running behind and we were able to watch several other hearings before ours. After observing other attorneys and their clients, it was apparent to me that I had by far the best representation in the courtroom that day. Great experience! Michael Suchoparek and his team were amazing in helping me with my case. Every time I called with questions, Michael or Katie or Ryan we’re willing provide the answers, and would even send follow up emails to make sure we were on the same page. I’ve always had a positive experience working with Michael, Elise, and all the staff at Weselis & Suchoparek. They are very down to earth folks who know their stuff and are very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the laws. I’m good at what I do, and when I do business with other folks I always go with folks who are top in their field. Everyone at the office treats me with respect, and are always very professional. Unlike some other firms in Denver, I’ve never had a problem getting through to the attorney even if I just had a quick question. I have used the firm on multiple occasions and I can say without hesitation this is a great firm to do business with. I had to file bankruptcy two years ago. The Fast Filers were recommended to me by a family member. Michael Suchoparek and his office made sure that I had everything I needed to be successful in this and to make sure it was a smooth process. I had seen the Fast Filers ad listing on the internet, and called them. After the consultation, they were able to handle my case.
I'm not going to say filing is a breeze, as there will be paperwork that will be required to be gathered on your end. The laws have changed over the years, so there are more requirements.
This firm does a great, and thorough job! They will make sure all paperwork that is required is present and in order before you head into court (this is extremely important!).
In the consultation, they will be completely up front and honest with you, and even let you know if it's not in your best interest to file (every person's case is different).
The Fast Filers did a great job handling my bankruptcy, and I am glad this chapter of my life is over.

In a time of lay off and doubt these guys helped greatly. I got what I needed done, and relatively easy. I got to keep my home and got my finances lined out. To this very day they keep in contact and make sure I am informed with everything about my situation. Its nice knowing that when I needed help with something I had zero knowledge in, I could just set up a meeting with these guys.
