Secured Mr Hays for a custodian case. Paid him 2500 retainer, way too much for this type of service. He doesn’t return phone calls, emails nor did he offer updates on the case because there were none. He didn’t subpoena anyone, drs, DHS, mental health clinic or talk to any family members familiar with circumstances. I spent an additional 2000 to be there for court and I had to seek him out to know what court room. He made have been a good lawyer 5 years ago but not anymore. He got his money and said to hell with you. Please spend some time when you’re in need of a lawyer and bypass this one. He was all in until I paid him.

Well Patrick its such a damn shame that it had to come to this!! He's the WORST attorney to get. If you are looking into getting a lawyer dont get him. And if you end up going to jail and get him as your PD go ahead and write the state bar, I had to. I set there for 5 damn months never been in trouble in my life. Sat for 5 months and he never would answer my calls letter or come see me. He took me to court finally said sign this plea or go to prison on a recieving stolen property charge! My first offense! Said they wernt offering me anything else. I had to sign into a B felony and lost all my stuff. But I got a n attorney that just saw how Patrick railroaded me and got the judge and DA to agree on a Pretrial now after i signed in to a plea. All I got to say now Mr. Hays Is you better be ready because you messed my life up for 5 months so now im suing the hell out of you!! Ill be seeing you in court shortly!!
