Hiring Attorney Susan Larned is the best decision you can make if you are dealing with real estate issues in SW Florida. After Hurricane Ian, and getting my North Fort Myers house destroyed, I was very, very nervous and kinda gave her hard times a couple of times, but she was always patient, kind, at all times very professional. Although she usually doesn’t respond to phone calls directly, she will make sure she will get back to you as soon as possible. I was always dealing directly with her, not with a secretary or paralegal, which is very useful. I usually had many questions.
Ms. Larned is always very good communicating orally, and in my case, with emails too, my preferred way of communication. She also helped me to deal with a public advisor who wasn’t doing his job. This was also an issue in my case, and she knew how to handle this very delicate situation. I highly recommend Susan for any real estate issues.
