Buyer used this firm for closing on a land purchase. I (the Seller) was not notified of the closing date before the actual date of closing 12/8/23. I overnighted documentation so that the closing could be completed on Monday 12/11/23. As of 1:30pm today 12/13/23, funds have still not been received to my bank account. Per the staff (super nice - the reason I gave an extra star), Ryan only wired over the funds about 30 minutes ago - over 48 hours AFTER closing occurred. I cannot recommend this firm.

Just called to ask some questions and the receptionist was very rude! Literally told me word for word with an attitude “idk you can make an appointment and come in and talk to him! “ definitely lost my business and anyone I know very unprofessional.
