I've tried requesting a refund from this lawyer multiple times and I did not have him represent me but every time I try to request the refund they tell me he's going to call me back. The excuses he's always in trial. You would think just putting it in the system I need a refund maybe making me sign a paper and that's all but for some reason it is the last thing on their list so in my opinion not a good lawyer I also called once and he didn't even know who I was hung up on me and called me back and gave me horrible advice. I was better off representing myself so that is what I did.

I didn’t meet David, but if you are looking for some inexperienced kids with ego’s bigger than their office, these are your guys. The fee’s they want to charge far exceed their experience and knowledge. Since meeting with them and now other attorneys, they gave the wrong advice from the start. Glad I didn’t use them or listen to what they said do. It’s on you if you decide to use them. I would do a lot of checking around before using them…..
