I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

They put up a front of pretending they care when they do not at all.

They act nice until you sign the papers and they officially have your business after that you will rarely hear from them.

I was told my case would take 7-9 months, maybe 12 if things came up or changed. It took 20 months to be done. Almost two years when they claimed 7-9. The reason? They just didn't want to help me or work on the case.

My case was passed along to so many different people who didn't want to do anything. I found out from a much better firm who helped a friend that because they get paid a contingency fee or "case commission" that if they aren't being paid they won't care. So if a lawyer leaves and they are assigned that fee, then other lawyers don't want to help you.

I rarely heard from them. I don't expect to hear everyday but when 3,4, or 5 months go by, its obvious they don't care.

They give you a fairy tale story of how your payout could be this high range such as 20-30 thousand, but its just a lie. The payout was a joke after they had thrown my case to the side for almost 2 years.

They couldn't even keep track of things. I found out the doctors and medical professionals I went too had sent the documents the firm asked for multiple times. Yet, the firm would then contact them again asking them to resend them? It was like they don't even know what they are doing.

A firm that is actually professional and knows what they are doing like the one that helped my friend would have done a much better job.

Don't ever work with this firm.

I was greatly surprised at how well my case went! When the Daniel Kim Law Firm says it’s out for your best interest, they are sincere. How do I know that? Daniel Kim’s team went above and beyond when it came to negotiating my medical charges. This action was entirely altruistic. If my medical bills weren’t reduced like they were, Daniel Kim’s Law Firm wouldn’t have made one dime less.
