I terminated him and changed to Shapiro Law Office’s. Thank goodness I made that decision because they had it completed in 4 to 5 weeks with a total payout from the at fault man’s Insurance company! They are very easy to work with and access in reaching my amazing paralegal, Karina Eden or my most talented attorney, Randall Austin was always a pleasant experience. When I needed to call them, I was always able to speak to them. As a matter of fact, one time when I called Attorney Austin he was out of the office and the receptionist asked for my phone number and within minutes Attorney Austin called me. I don’t believe that kind of service happens very often with other law firm. I cannot rate them high enough and If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would. It’s so incredible after a slip trip and fall for a second time at my residence that resulted in stomach surgery, a hernia tearing my stomach wall. I thought this law firm would defend me. They don’t specialize in these types of accidents so now after almost a year, I’m without council I don’t recommend this law firm Find a real law firm that protects your rights after such a severe injury and surgery. I have to start all over the fine council. I guess this was ineffective assistance of council.
