Leah Fink was absolutely wonderful with my case, without judgement, no playing around. In times of doubt she was very reassuring. It was a lengthy process due to timing, but very well worth it and was handled just in time. Promptly returns calls, messages, and emails same day. She's very knowledgeable of how things work, time frames, and guides you in right direction. I'm very happy with her representation and highly recommend her to anyone who needs it. She's also answered post case questions which was appreciated. She's likely the best around for disability cases.

Leah Fink is a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable. Her experience shined through in the very first conversation I had with her. She went to work during our first conversation and clearly understood the urgency of needing help. After all the horror stories I have heard about ssd I was concerned about the length of time the process took. I started the process with Leah in December and in March I was approved and had my first payment deposited into my account in March. Leah is kind and a top notch attorney.

I’m pretty young and have a complex case, but my health/injury is terrible causing me not to work for the past few years. Leah took the case and worked with me with the whole process. Leah is incredibly knowledgeable about the entirety of the Social Security system. She doesn't discriminate especially due to young age (an issue I've heard about often concerning other attorneys). She stayed in constant contact throughout my entire case and never made me feel like any question was too small. Aside from her constant professionalism she was extremely kind. She always asked about me and my family. Without her support and guidance I never would have gotten the things I needed to live my life with less panic and struggle.
Her office is also conveniently located in Baldwin Whitehall, I can't tell you how nice it was not to have to travel into the city of Pittsburgh to sign paperwork etc.
If I could give her more than five stars I would.

Victor Arce said it the best. Attorney Fink is a fighter for your rights beyond a shadow of doubt. It didn't take her long to win my case. The thing that impressed me the most is that our first meeting she outlined our process as not formality but if need be, a long haul fight. I remember when leaving the office, i knew she would appeal as far as law would allow. It's just unfortunate she only practice in one area because she truly is one of the best....
