After a work injury and constant pushback from my work comp adjuster, I decided to hire attorney Dan Mahoney
Best decision I could have made. He and Kyle worked diligently to help me with getting my injuries repaired.
He is very well informed and has years of experience and knowledge.
I know, had I not hired Dan my medical needs would have been denied. Not only was all my medical covered but I was also financially compensated throughout the process, and in the end a final check as well.
Kyle and Dan were always available to take my calls and address any problems and concerns I had. I felt supported and validated throughout the whole process.

When I met Mr. Mahoney I felt very Secure in his ability to represent me and get me Compensation for my injury and surgery. Over time I found myself doing the work Myself As far as finding things out and speaking with the insurance adjuster Having late or missed checks sent. I found myself updating him and his staff Of the case. A month familiar about how this all works but it seems like your lawyer and his staff should keep you informed and Updated on how much for the week got to go and such. Maybe this is just premature but I haven't received a settlement yet in this matter so in this matter so I'm still waiting editing I guess I'll call and get an update for myself.
