I am not a customer, but their sales approach is wildly unprofessional. Their rep wanted my bank account # without even fully explaining their service; when I couldn't talk because I was severely ill with Covid, he actually tried to gaslight me that I wasn't that sick (are you serious!!), and pulled out high-pressure scare tactics, claiming the service that I was already with, wouldn't actually help me and I'd end up in court with my wages garnished...at that point I blocked him.
I eventually recovered from Covid, and the other service has in fact helped me exactly how he claimed they wouldn't. Do not trust!

The agent was rude ! His name is Greg Zimmerman and he deserves to be fired! He was very unprofessional and said that I deserve to be sued! Unbelievable!!!
