I called for any type of court documentation for the status on a case. Took down my information and never heard back by phone or even email as I had requested. I will now have to go through the courts directly to make sure that part of the thousands of dollars I did pay directly to their office actually went towards this. Extremely disappointing given how they would persistently ask for payments.
