I am incredibly grateful for the help I received from Dan McGarrigle in handling my out-of-state case. From the very beginning, Dan provided clear, professional advice and took the time to understand the nuances of my situation. Even though my case was complicated by the fact that I lived out of state, he handled everything seamlessly, making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Not only was he available over traditional methods like email and phone, but he also has the technology to support his clients by providing access to a client portal that stores all the important case documents and updates pertaining to the case.

Dan's deep knowledge of the law and commitment to my case was evident at every step. He was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed with regular updates. Thanks to his hard work and expertise, my case was resolved favorably. Although the punishment was requiring jail time, he was able to successfully plead for alternative sentencing. I did not spend one minute inside of county jail, and I couldn’t be more relieved.

Wish my experience was as good as others. He is the worst communicator and does not keep his word. Ask him to visit my family member on 10/16/24, he never did, ask him to explain documents he hasn't, ask him if he has filed any motions, no response. This is just disrespectful, frustrating and insensitive. I tried calling and texting numerous times. I understand he's busy, but you signed up for it. I really don't think he cares.
