It was a long battle the resort didn't want to release me but the team from People's Advocate were persistent and with blow after blow of the ax the mighty oak tree fell. With patience the battle is won. As soon as you employ them the yearly fees STOP even if you are in arrears no more payments need to be made to the resort. Get out get free. They will do it

We got linked up with Mr. Brien at The People's Advocate to help get us out of a timeshare contract. We had a long talk with them prior to us signing on with them just to answer all of our questions and make sure we were comfortable with them taking our case on. I am beyond words to describe how grateful I am that my husband and I walked through the doors of “The peoples advocate”. I had a fraudulent case against me from an auto dealership and I was being sued by the bank for a car my husband returned to the dealership after being mislead on the deal. For months I didn’t know what to do. Lawyers that I met with previously told me to the only option I had was to file for bankruptcy, which is something I really did not want to do. When we walked in for our appointment at the Peoples advocate we were greeted warmly. The receptionist was super sweet. Shortly after Joseph Brien, The wonderful lawyer who helped turn our stressful situation around, came out to speak with us. Mr. Brien genuinely listened to what we had to say and was quick to take the necessary actions. He stepped away to make a phone call. A few minutes later he came out and said he was on the phone with the law office of the bank who was sueing me! Man I was stunned! Literally STUNNED! He didn’t ask us for a dime before making that initial phone call... No lawyer we saw and I mean NONE did what he did... I knew then that Mr. Brien was truly genuine about representing people like me who is a victim of fraud. Needless to say after his conversation he came out to say that the opposing counsel decided to “voluntarily dismiss” the case.... I nearly fainted! This bank was trying to sue me for 14K! I was so speechless..... Not only that, Mr. Brien did his due diligence to ensure that we received something in writing stating that the case was dismissed and that the written documentation was uploaded on the clerk of courts website! Wow! Talk about outstanding service! I mean really! I’m still speechless. I will be forever grateful for “the people’s advocate”. The experience will forever be etched in my memory. People who truly care still exist in this world! I would recommend Mr. Brien a MILLION times!!!!
