Stay away from this company! Never in my adult life have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional group. Specifically Michelle. It would take a book to write of all the awful thing this law firm does. They DO NOT care about their clients.

Very sad and unpleasant experience. This firm only cares about the money. After several follow ups regarding the initial claim, we were communicated that the insurance had denied our claim and they presented us with subsequent options, one being litigation. We initially opted for the litigation option but after some time we requested for the case to be closed and the lawsuit dismissed. We were confirmed that there wouldn’t be any negative consequences for us. Soon after, we started to receive communications from the court. Per their attorney, on a very aggressive tone today on a call, this is something they don’t do. Instead of closing the case, they considered that since the case was viable, they simply withdrew and we are now left on our own to go to a court hearing with the insurance company. They could have simply submitted a dismissal request for the case to be closed but instead withdrew from representing us and left the case open. I wish they would have shown better intentions in their actions and would have been more transparent all along. Please consider to be very careful with this firm.

Please stay away from them and this is my true ans honest opinion from the bottom of my heart. The lawyers are so unfair. If you can't trust your own attorneys then who can you trust. We would like to share the exceptional experience we had with this company. From the moment we decided to submit our claim to the end of the process they were very professional and communicative. The process was well explained and whenever a question will arise all the staff was helpful, will made themselves available to assist us and answer any doubts or concerns we may have. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Jacqueline Espinal and Carlos Izaguirre for always putting forth the extra effort and keeping us inform of the status of our claim and the inspections schedules. Amazing service! Leyse Cuenca was extremely prompt in responding to my MANY questions with whatever I needed. She provided me with detailed steps of everything I needed and exactly what to do throughout this journey. Carlos Izaguirre was also very accommodating with doing whatever was necessary to get me all of the needed documents to complete the process and make sure I was understanding everything long the way. If I could give them zero stars I would. Be sure of the Attorneys representing you when using a Claim Adjuster. Their employees lack customer service skills, they rarely reply to email or give proper answers. Constantly give you a run around as if they are not getting paid 25 % of each check you receive. It takes forever to get YOUR money. They never have an answer. I cannot wait to be done with this firm as I am still awaiting completion of my claim.

This is completely unacceptable!!! Yesterday you said you would give a call back, still waiting for that call back. The fact that we are constantly given a run around, no call backs and no results! Your companies lack of communication is appalling, there is no excuse for not returning phone calls or responding to emails in a timely matter this Firm it has taken advantage of its clients and continues to do so. We have been waiting since Aug 3,2020 for both claims to be completed.

Your company offers no updates to its clients which are paying for a service. It is not free your company takes 25% from each check. With that being said, I hope to receive some sort of update by the end of today. I will no longer be strung along till your company finds it convenient to provide an update or process payment.

Not happy with the service they provided. They used to be called Strems Law firm and got sued for insurance fraud. It took them over 3 years to settle my claim and with the recent raise on materials and labor I came out loosing on my claim. They also forgot to include other damages to my property and that was never addressed. Seriously, I suggest to consider other insurance adjusters.

This firm is top notch in my opinion. I had hurricane damage and didn’t know what to do. A friend of the family referred the firm to me; the results and care provided by the firm was amazing. Mr. Carlos, Shavelli and Jackie Espinal were the most awesome people during my family and I’s ordeal after the hurricane! I didn’t know what to do and they lead plus guided me through it all. I really appreciate everything they did! Thank y’all again for everything!
