Denise & her team are FANTASTIC! (& super fun people to know on a personal level).
Coming from someone who is an only child, it was reassuring to know that if anything were to unexpectedly happen to my parents; they recently took a LONG flight to Alaksa..my mom reassured me that I only needed the red bag, Denise and her team had everything else handled accordingly.
