John the owner of this store takes pride in great customer service. He is a hands on owner actually works in the store. John went the extra mile to help me print from CANVA. We worked exceptionally hard to make I was able to print my business flyer. Great customer service.

Was trying to return a package to a retailer.
(Not Amazon) and was having trouble sending the return label to the UPS store in Gold Canyon Arizona for them to print it for me. They were very helpful and patient with me. Always great customerservice . 5+? stars!

The 1st time I went here, I was basically ignored. Today I patiently waited to hear 'can I help you?'instead the old lady with the glasses stares at me then finally says 'do you have a code?', for my Amazon return. I WAS greeted by a young girl who turned around and went in the back. I guess cuz you're the only ups store in town, it's OK to treat people like that. Ugh!

I have always enjoyed excellent service from the store. It is much better run now, but long ago it was a bit caustic sometimes - there's really excellent service and a positive attitude at this store!!!!

We dropped off a $800 guitar (large box !), they gave us a receipt and scanned it and it was never picked up by UPS. A month later: “sorry about your loss, you should have taken your guitar to the UPS hub.”
