The ladies are all so professional and so attentive to the requests from us clients, ( my mom and I.) They asked us all the legal questions needed to make our requests legal to secure our Living Trust secure for my mom’s housing and banking after she passes, hopefully in the long distant future. Anyways, it was such a simple process, and they were so comforting and attentive to my mom’s requests. I was very impressed with the simple four stages of these professional documents. I’ve already recommended this Werner Law Firm to all my friends on Facebook, etc. Werner Law Furm made it all so easy for my senior mom to understand all the legalities, so comforting. They sent all the proof promptly as stated in person. Plus the notary of republic came to my mom’s house to make things easier on her after the first in office visit, and phone confirmation after first visit was done in person. Then all legal documents were sent promptly after that. So professional, I will forever have faith in this company that’s been in buisness for over forty years and my family tax man referred me who’s believed in them for over thirty years as well. So thankful that this is Living Trust is done and secure for our family. Now I don’t have to worry about anything after my mom passes in the future with her house or banking. I had not thought much about a will or living trust until a friend's dad died unexpectedly and even though her brother and her agree on everything probate is going to be 9-12 months, plus attorney, plus they have to pay his bills with their own money in the mean time. I contacted Werner Law with a unique situation, my husband and I were leaving for Rome in 12 days. They were beyond what I ever expected. They talked me through my options, the process and even worked with my crazy timeline. Everyone was very professional and helped me through the process. Melissa would even know me when I just called and said this is Andrea, she was always so friendly and made me feel like she had known me forever. The notary was awesome, she came to my job and was knowledgeable and so friendly and nice. I am not sure all the services Werner provides, but I know I will always call them first if I need an attorney for any reason and if they can't help me, I'd trust their recommendation. Overall a great experience and so much peace of mind!

My father failed to set up a trust or even a will and had a substantial estate value. Melissa, and Sahari were very helpful and worked with our tight time schedule due to my father's rapidly declining condition. Although it looks as if we will not be able to complete the docs they prepared for us in time before me fathers death, it was still valuable to know these people are very helpful and I will use them to set up my own trust soon. I know the importance of having one now to avoid probate. Would highly recommend this firm for your estate planning needs.
