Don't waste your time! I made the mistake of calling this firm to set up a simple modification to a parenting plan. I was sent an extremely long form that contained data fields that did not pertain to my case at all. I sent the paralegal , Jennifer Lanier, this email:
"That form is ridiculously long and is filled with irrelevant data fields that do not pertain to this current situation. I tried to just hit the relevant parts, but it will not save cause it wants all the red stars filled. I just need a simple modification to the parenting plan. How can we proceed without me spending too much time on a form?"

And this was her response:
"Received. Based on the details that were discussed yesterday our office is taking the necessary steps to obtain information from you so that we can make the determination of whether or not we would be able to assist you. While we understand that the document we asked for you to complete is lengthy, the information that is being requested within is necessary for this type of case.

As this is your position we do encourage you to seek alternate assistance from another law firm to assist you in your modification action. We will go ahead and cancel the appointment that is set to take place December 18, 2024 at 12:00 PM.

Paid my retainer for Wilson's fee's, they hounded me to pay invoices refusing to deduct from my retainer, Wilson agreed to withdraw himself from my case due to this reason in exchange for a refund of my retainer, Wilson was withdrawn, and then he stole my money by refusing to refund my money. He missed all 3 of our appointments, he lied to the court about why he was withdrawing, the court would not hear from me so he got away with stealing my money. Now I have no attorney for Probate nor can I hire another attorney as he took all my money. David Wilson Attorney office is bad. Communication from them is horrible. Had to go in person many, many times to get their attention, action on the case. He does not stick to his end of the agreement. I now have to take him to small claims court to recover my money.

I wasn't even a client and they refused to have a phone conversation in me without surrendering very sensitive information. Furthermore, the method of requesting the information is completely unsecured. When I brought it to their attention they explained they weren't going have a consultation without me filling out their new client forms. Based on my interactions with the firm and many of the reviews they're more focused on driving business goals and less on the respect and consideration of their clients requests. Theres enough evidence based on previous reviews and my experience that they aren't worth reaching out to. A canned reply from the firm isn't going to suffice. I don't want an apology that "I felt my experience with the firm wasn't up to the standards they strive to accomplish" prove it don't just leave an empty promise. Acknowledge and address my concerns don't just avoid the conversation and say no.

My experience and the experience of others is one of indifference to the realities of very serious problems people are facing and they don't offer the respect, sensitivity ,or responsibility of their clients required to practice family law.

Since they've replied i can tell you the information I had issues with sending was my social security number along with a family members social and list of their assets in an unsecured format. I didn't want to email my social security number on what was essentially a scanned PDF. If you're asking for information such as that it needs to be secured not on what is essentially a piece of paper.
