Therese Rental are all crooked. Staff is nasty and Leah. Maintenance is lousy. I would never recommend anybody to rent with them. Leah is crooked and a liar. They need their real estate licenses taken away and closed their business down. They rip you off so they blamed you for water leaks in the bathroom and floor in there for water damage. Drug dealing, and low income people abuse their support money for beer every night in the summer and party until 2 am and small kids running around. Recommend not renting off them.

Therasse rentals are the absolute scum of the earth. I won't go over the disgusting pet policy, that's been covered in another review. Maintenance is not existant. We've had a hole in our ceiling where we have a water leak for about a month now. Don't expect anything to get done while you're living there. The only way to make it affordable is to be there for a year and threaten to leave. They'll drop the price to keep the place occupied. They will go after people they simply "don't like" for one reason or another in order to get them kicked out. They will contstantly harass you about menial things that other tennants are guilty of as well. I could go on and on about the problems of this rental service but I'll leave it here at Stay away. I can't imagine WestGate is any worse than this place.

Pet deposite is a joke even if you have an emotional support animal. $1000, go elsewhere. Literally keeping my cat for free where I currently am.
