On Tuesday, I ordered a very short transcript (about 16 pages) for a three day turn around and paid the expedited fee to get it in three days. We did not get the transcript on Friday. On Saturday, we got an email demanding more money, which I am paying because I'm desperate to get the transcript for a filing. So, now I've paid more than the quoted amount for a three day turn around and I'm getting the transcript in the 6 day timeframe (if I actually get them today). Not a good business model.

I've had two nightmarish experiences with this company who claims to be accurate and correct errors- NOT SO. Stay away if you don't want to waste hours and hours of your own time because their transcriptions or so bad and their "customer support" is exactly the opposite. They will argue with you, refuse to make changes, get hostile and hold your transcript hostage.
