They rope you in by having a Client Relations person qualify you. Then they tell you they can help; it'll cost $1000 for an "up to" 2hr strategy session. When the attorney tried to cancel on the day of the meeting, I asked for a refund. Suddenly, MAGICALLY, she became available for a 55 minute phone call while in a vehicle. Listened to my story. Says she can help and I should file right away but first she has to look into something and will get back to me. Never happened. So at $550/hr, there should be some money coming back/left over, right?! Nope. In comes Client Relations again; "oh ya, sorry, that's on me. I should have mentioned that the onboarding costs are in there too". So what if you don't onboard? After completely disjointed, half-assed attempts from the "sick" attorney to reach out via text, a month later and a $1000 out of my pocket, I'm at square one. DO NOT GET CAUGHT by these ethically bankrupt wretches, like I did. I will try to add onto this when I actually find a good firm to handle a case.

At first I felt like they cared about my case. Things were drug out. I was told my ex would pay for attorney fees when this was said and done. By the time everything will be finalized, what I walk away with will be what was spent for my representation. I am disappointed on how my case was handled. My ex husband is making out at the end of everything. Save your money

Was very disappointed with Tibbot & Richardson. Had nothing but a confusing & frustrating experience with Attorney Singleton & Attorney Richardson. They dragged my case on for months, would not respond to opposing counsel, and made little to no effort to move my case forward even though I was charged more than the retainer fee in the end. I was also lied to and told that I had to reimburse my ex for 1.5 years of mortgage payments because “it’s the law” which I am finding out is not true now that I have retained new counsel.

It was difficult getting a timely response from the team I worked with, I wouldn’t get clear answers on timelines, I would find out about developments in my case last minute. Made an already stressful experience even more so. I would highly recommend not using this firm.

Attorney Furnace from Tibbott & Richardson in Pittsburgh PA. Was hands down amazing!! From start to finish the entire team was professional and polite! Their main concern and focus was getting the adoption of my wife’s son done quickly and efficiently. And they did both! After having a terrible experience for over a year with another lawyer for the adoption process Tibbott & Richardson saved the day!!
