Timmel Associates were very professional and trustworthy. Each member was kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable in estate planning and elder law. Every step of the way, they had the very best interests of my mother in making sure all legal processes were completed in a timely manner. Julie Powell always kept in constant communication with me and was very proactive in making sure required documents were submitted in a timely manner for Medicaid eligibility. Most importantly, Julie really listened to me and her focus was in helping me navigate through the legal matters. Timmel Law Office has been wonderful to work with. I first used their services for estate planning on behalf of my mother. This included creating a trust and other documents. They held my hand through the entire process as it was emotionally challenging. They are always there for me if I have questions or need assistance. I just recently used them for another personal matter and again they were there for me.
The cost involved with estate planning may seem like a great deal of money however it has given my family piece of mind and that is priceless. Thank you Peggy, Rita & staff!!!
