I’m from Long Island and was driving through Louisville and unfortunately was involved in a car accident where the other driver was uninsured and had a BAC of .12. I suffered some injuries that required some fusions. I did a google search for top personal injury attorneys in the Louisville area and TJ Smith was the top result. I reached out to inquire if I had a case and he took my case over the phone. Never had to meet him in person as everything was communicated through phone calls between him and his paralegal, Rebecca. Rebecca made herself available to me at any time of the day, any day of the week if I needed anything. They handled the case and made it a seamless process and I was able to get a very nice recovery and I was satisfied with the result.
