Every now and then something happens in your life that makes you realize that what you may be seeking may not be exactly what you need...Then things become apparently clear. I suffered a very close to death car accident. At first I was confused and angry and could only see giant dollar signs in front of my eyes. I thought maybe someone popular. someone with loads of clients and fancy billboards. I almost made a terrible mistake...I didnt realize how much more important it is to have someone fight for you who truly cares more about your quality of life and health are verses a pocket full of money with little health.. In Feb. 2021 I was the victim of an horrific bike/car accident. I was in a crosswalk when a driver talking on her phone hit me. Somehow, she didn't realize she hit me, made the turn and dragged me and my bike 30-35 feet under her car before realizing something was wrong. I required eight surgeries. Tobler Law handled the case for me. This was a true blessing not only for me, but for my husband as well. He was able to devote all of his time and attention to me and not have to deal at all with the medical bills or the insurance companies during this extremely difficult time. We settled our case in mediation. Nathan, Maren, the paralegals and their staff did an exceptional job in mediation. They did a much better job preparing and documenting our position than did the attorney for the insurance company. As a result we received an exceptional outcome. I would highly recommend Tobler Law should you (unfortunately) find yourself in need of legal representation as a result of an accident.

I was not in the right mind for to do this on my own so I had to have help bye a lawyer, and he did a great excellent job of getting me taken care of and helping me through all this I could not done it without his help when I came to see him in a few months, I don’t remember what happened the first time I saw him I asked me several questions that I Owe right off my head because I was on medication from the hospital when I saw him the second time, he said, I’d like the whole lot better than what I was. I seen him at the beginning the first time after having him do all the paperwork for me and helping me through everything I’ve never asked. What he has done. He done a great job. From the first meeting to the final one this office made me feel, important, comfortable and trusting. Nathan and his para Georgina made a terrible experience so much easier to handle because they always had my back. From day one I was receiving excellent care from them and the places I was referred to for treatment. I didn’t have to wait to be seen, getting me healed was my priority and theirs too. Sometimes these situations drag out and for me it was only a matter of a few months. They answered any and every question I had and really earned their compensation.
