My wife and I initially met with Mark Jackson in February 2024, seeking legal help for immediate child custody placement of our 12 year old grandson in our home. After Mark completed a thorough review of information and evidence we provided, he felt confident that a Chancery Judge would call for an emergency hearing. That emergency hearing took place in April 2024, and a protective order was issued placing our grandson in the safety of our custody until a final hearing could take place.

During a 9 month ongoing process, Mark was always very professional and attentive to answering our questions and explaining the tedious due process legal requirements that had to be met regarding the birth parents. Mark was very patient with us while navigating the “ins” and “outs” along the way when decisions from all parties had to be considered.
