Locally owned and operated small business. Very friendly! They have great service and do their best even when the roads are tricky. We live on a dirt road and when it rains it's gets muddy. They communicate well on when to come or not so no-one gets stuck in the mud. Great company!

They never answer their phone and when you do get in touch with them they are super rude. They are always having issues with their trucks and don't pick up. Then when the trucks are running the miss/skip over houses. They are constantly increasing their rates, worst trash company around. If there was another servicer in Gisela I would switch in a heart beat!!!!!!

Sure be glad when Waste Management comes to Tonto Basin and starts trash services. This company is always going up on price plus for what you pay it's not worth it. Constantly trash trucks are broken down and no or every late trash pickup. Its about time to complain to State of Arizona Health Dept plus Arizona State Regulatory Agency.

If there was a negative rating they would get it. The message recording doesn't say hours or price. The price went up to $100 per load. Wow! Only after you dump do they tell you the cost. Who is policing these people?
