With two of my children Tony got amazing settlements. Unfortunately neither settlement was even able to be used. After this last settlement he went invisible. The high school flat out says they are under no obligation to abide by settlement my daughter recieved as she exited 8th grade. So now started high school with no agreed upon iep services or supports. Its like a repeat of the entire 8th grade year she just had. We find ourselves in the identical place as my child was when we retained tony last year. What an absolute waste of time. I expect an attorney to advise us to agree to a settlement that can actually be used.

Do not waste your money on this lawyer. He's a con man. He takes your case knowing full well he will not fight for you. We gave him a case perfectly laid out. Our advocate did all the work. He did nothing but run down the clock. He has no fight in him! He gave the District a timeline to resolve and let it pass without filing, several times. He has no balls. He wasted my child's time and our family's time for a year. Nothing but excuses. If you want a fighter for your case do not hire him. Epic Fail ?
