Decided to go to them after the good reviews I saw online, but I was soon dissapointed. As soon as they realized I was calling as part of the MetLife legal plan I subscribed to this year, they tried to dissuade me from going, maybe it doesn't make them enough money to be worth their time? He wanted me to go back to the general online platform to do things myself, why a suscription then? He also mentioned how many people have come as referrals from the MetLife insurance group. If they are not interested in being part of the in-network group of lawyers for this plan, they should abandon. Worst costumer service ever and do not recommend them at all. They truly are in it just for the money.
