I came to trap law office for assistance on a divorce. That was going on six years. I had no issues and was almost done finalizing my divorce. When out of the blue, I got an email saying they were dropping me for lack of communication. Come to find out the lack of communication was on their end, as my assigned attorney had went on maternity leave. And failed to assign my case over to someone in her absence. I spoke with the owner in July to get everything back on track, sent her the final draft that I had approved and all we needed to do is get it finalized. Emailed back-and-forth. Middle of September, I hear from someone on the street that my divorce has been finalized. I’ve been leaving messages for two months With no return calls. I called before the office opened today and cut someone. At which time I was notified that nobody from her office showed up to my divorce court to fight for my rights.
