Office ladies are nice. Technician is not nice at all. I have a family of 6, 2 of which are foster children and they are traumatized. Yes they will flush things down the toilet. Am I trying to help them and correct things that have been instilled in them since birth, yes. But, do I need a technician treating me the way he does, NO. $200/hr is abosolutly absurd for labor rate. You are robbing people of your own community!
Also some advice for your tech, if you don't like your job and treat people so poorly, get a new job.
Don't worry though, I'll get you your money with 10% extra charge for every month I don't pay because you hit me with it before Christmas time.
