We were willing to spend $1200 + on a living trust, and had to cancel the day of appointment due to an emergency. We wanted to reschedule, but were told they were still going to charge us $50.00 for cancelling the day of the appointment due to policy. I understand you have a policy, but you need to understand we were still spending our money with you off the living trust, we just had to change the date of appointment. For you to charge an additional amount is a tad absurd, considering you cancelled previously on us the day of the appointment due to pregnancy.

Diana has been great thru the hardship my family has suffered of my mother's death . She has exhibited patience and true professionalism. I'd recommend tri state paralegal services for anyone financially strapped, this is a great alternative to a lawyer. They do much of the same paperwork a lawyer does, but much cheaper. Definitely call Diana!!

Diana could not have been more professional. I will definitely use her again when/if I ever need documents completed and filed in a timely and professional manner. The judge was impressed that all of my paperwork was filled out correctly being self-represented. With limited funds to hire an attorney, a friend referred me to Diana at Tri-State Paralegal Services, who said she was very reliable, experienced, and affordable. What a godsend! 4 Year's to the Month!! Looks like Mojave Green was right. Should have read the previous Reviews of this office, nothing has changed. Was treated rudely after full payment was made and then thrown to the wayside. Very unprofessional atmosphere and phone etiquette. Over priced for just a Paralegal. Promises made in initial meeting that were scrubbed at the next, definitely would not have given full payment if I knew that was going to happen. WHAT A JOKE THIS OFFICE IS IN MY OPINION!!

I would absolutely not recommend this business poor customer service she takes days to respond to emails then claimed she didn't get them. nothing she does is in a timely manner. I paid her to do the work in the first week of January and she only completed the documents last week which was the first week of March . She is argumentative and when I insisted that she provided me with the file stamped copies of what she had filed she told me that I was not contact her again that this was harassment. I'm going to file a complaint with the State Association on her. As far as her pricing she is not by any means economical.
