Wound up with my dream piece of property and good knowledge of what I can and can’t do there.
I had TEC do two wetland studies on property that I was interested in purchasing and I am beyond thankful that I did. The reports were thorough and accurate exposing possible issues with certain sections And also positives with another parcel which really helped in my negotiating the right pricing for the land. Now hired them to Handle some verification with the DEP and will not hesitate to use them for any future land purchases or permitting. Highly recommend!
