Very responsive at the beginning during the consultation. However, after we paid the fees, she became less and less responsive - had to follow up several times to get an answer from her. We finally were able to get on a call and she told us that she’d be able to get answer on the case by November of last year. Great. I sent a follow up email and have not heard back on our case since. I would not recommend Shana’s services.
