I work at a law firm in NC. I hired this business to have a client served. Come to find out this business is not registered. They are overcharging clients to have the sheriffs office serve paperwork. The sheriffs office charges $75. This company charged us over $200 then when we called for an update, said they couldn't go to a rural area. They then decided to hire the sheriffs office to do it for $75 so they could stick the rest of the money in their pocket. None of the employees who I emailed before payment (Jill, Bill, Jean and Todd) or the owner will communicate with us and Jill just slammed the phone down because she didn't know how to answer my questions. This company is FRAUD. I have filed a complaint with the state of New Jersey.

We sent an invoice in February, 2024 that has still not been paid. We are unable to communicate with anyone effectively to determine why this has not been paid. They continue to hide behind emails and won't accept phone calls.

US Litigation Support Services Solicited my services to assist them in an out of state case. The service has been completed and they have completely ghosted me after multiple invoice follow up emails, their invoice is now 30 days past due and will continue to go past due...

I urge any other Process Server to not accept work from "US Litigation Support Services".

HORRIBLE! It took an entire month after taking my money and the job was still not completed, causing my client monitary damages. They stopped responding to my emails in regards to my deadline. Once I canceled I was informed they don't do refunds. How can a company keep money for a job they never performed No I don't want your "credit", I wouldn't use you again if you paid me. Pure scammers, make it right.

I performed a serve for this company a while back and had an issue with an invoice. The Accounting Dept was quick to resolve the issue and was quite pleasant to speak with. 🙂

Every member of their team that I've spoken to was professional and friendly. It was a pleasure working with them and I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future!

295.00 to find a mobile notary who charges 20.00. They didn't even supply the two witnesses I requested them to supply. They credited my account with them because they failed but I will never use them again. What a racket!

Save yourself time, money and stress, hire someone else. They wouldn't even communicate with me after they took my money until I lost my mind and started swearing.
They aren't capable of getting the job done
