The lawyer I saw at this firm had zero compassion and was not willing to represent both my husband and I. He definitely just was focused on my husband and that’s all that mattered to him. I will give a zero star if it was an option. I’m sorry that you don’t remember Darryl Gust as your customer and his so called wife.

My husband and I worked with Mark Hatfield after we had issues with our new home build and our builder wouldn't properly rectify our issues. We went all the way through arbitration and the outcome was favorable for us. We would never have recovered even 30% of the arbitration judgement had we just tried to settle the matter through negotiations with the builder. Mark was very thorough with keen attention to the myriad of details surrounding each of the issues we had. His briefs were extremely well written artfully and succinctly capturing the key points of our position. He had prepared us very thoroughly for the actual arbitration testimony which led to us getting the positive outcome that we got. The billing process was very fair. Highly recommend Mark and the Van Valer Law Firm.
