Working with Jay Newton as opposing counsel has been a good experience.

Jay demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism, integrity, and legal acumen throughout our interactions.

Despite advocating for different sides, Jay maintained a respectful and collaborative approach, always prioritizing the pursuit of justice above all else.

His thorough preparation, clear communication, and dedication to upholding the law were evident at every stage of our case.

I would highly recommend Jay Newton as a skilled and ethical deputy prosecutor.

Thank you to the VCPA for their hard work, year round

I’ve had a warrant out for my arrest for 11 years. I haven’t been in trouble since eight. Live in Texas. Not Evansville Indiana. Called up to see if I could take care of it over the phone. They said no. Every other state took care of everything over the phone. But that is the one place that will not. So they are the ones that are holding up my life. I’m going to Israel. With my church. Courts are all about money. And I’m ready to pay for my sin. Why will they not let anyone take care of anything over the phone?

My now 8year old son was molested by his biological dad in 2022. The prosecutor said there isn't enough evidence! I have reached out to Diana moers who I heard articulates in getting justice. That person lied, because I never received a response from Diana, that's vile!! She held the key to bringing my son justice but she didn't .This is one of the reasons why parents and kids don't reach out, where is the justice!!!! My son is now in counseling. My son is his dad's second child victim.....

Every time I call or even go there in person they act as if they have no clue what to do and apparently anyone who does have an idea of how to handle a problem is never in, or the receptionist just refuses to get a hold of them. They sit there and do nothing but look up simple information that anyone could get and then proceed to tell me things I already know as if it's new information and they actually did something. The whole system they have down there is a joke.

Receptionist hung up on me after she made a rude comment. Public tax paid employees should be terminated that treat the public disrespectful. Now all I get is voicemail. I will report her to proper authorities.

If you are interested in stealing from the dead come to Vanderburgh County. You can call and leave messages until you are blue in the face, they don't care and won't prosecute.
