Good day to anyone reading this,
The first time we had an interaction with the Venelegal business was to process a residency case with my husband. We were charged a fortune but we had heard very great thing about the lawyer who runs Venelgal, Mr. Vicente. In the process of submitting documentation Vicente wasn't of any help with collecting the documentation for the process. Once it was submitted he lost complete contact with us. If we did not reach out he wouldn't. We had trouble with our case because neither did nor di we confirm the address was correct, yet all he did was send me the USCIS phone number and told me there was nothing he could do. I spoke with immigration for then 3 dozen times and I made sure to ask if my lawyer was able to contact them on my behalf and they proceeded to say he could have been the one to take care of any trouble I may have had since he was the lawyer in charge of our case. I was able to solve the inconvenience we had with no support from Vicente. Once my partner and I were scheduled for the residency interview and he was approved, Vicente did not proceed to check up on that. He also did not indicate that we needed to bring a translator to our interview. The entire time our process was going on I was not content with his services yet I proceeded to not say anything hoping he would prove me wrong. In the process for residency he did not include the social security form so my partner never received a social security card until I personally contacted the social security department and they told us that my partners claim was never submitted. Once the residency process was complete I contacted Vicente and updated him on my partners process and expressed toward him how I was disappointed. Disappointed on how much faith and money had invested in him and how little we received from his behalf. He proceeded to tell me that I was trouble the entire process and even brough out my family in the discussion, who has nothing to do with this case. After that he hung up and blocked me. I can't give him a 0 out of 5 stars because there isn't that option. I would not recommend him to anybody. His services are absolutely disappointing and I hope he is not able to continue to take advantage of anybody else.
