Mr. Valencia is hands down the go to man for your criminal defense. Luis goes above and beyond for his clients and he knows the ins and outs. I cant give him enough stars for his work. I hired Mr. Valencia in 2015 to represent me in a federal case. Mr. Valencia failed to deliver a key document to the court before sentencing (stipulation of factual basis). He also failed to file my case under SEAL as he told me he had done so. Mr. Valencia also failed to live up to contract terms and has threatened me with a lawsuit in return. Overall, If I could give (-1) stars, I would. Do your research and consult with multiple lawyers for the best representation.
