Sean Thompson was exceptional! Customer Service, communication, and punctuality were excellent! I had something come up and with my last-minute request, he was still able to get the ball going, communicating with me and ensuring it was being handled and resolved! It was resolved! His ability to effectively communicate with empathy says how passionate he is about his job and doing it well! He is a true leader in this organization. A great employee that any company would love to have! Thank you for moving diligently and responsibly on everyone's behalf especially those who drop the ball. I knew they dropped the ball. I’m just not confrontational because things do happen. Very professional service. They offer you the ability to stay in touch either by phone call or by quick email. When I had to have legal matters taken care of, my debt management contacted Veritas and within 2 days, I had legal counsel closer to where I live handle matters.
