I can't recommend Vigil Process enough. I was in a very stressful situation and it was hard for me to even think straight. I just knew I needed some papers served rather quickly. Jeri stepped in and helped calm my nerves and told me she would handle everything. She absolutely did just as she said. If you have a complicated situation when the sheriff couldn't help you, call Jeri! She goes above and beyond and I will definitely recommend her to any and all. Thank you Jeri for you kindness and understanding!

I'm impressed with this person, they were very professional. Having never needed this type of service I wasn't sure what to expect. There were zero issues. She kept us informed at every step, promptly filed with the courts and gave confirmation right away of doing so. It was worth every penny.

BEWARE!!! NO REFUND POLICY!!!!

I was looking across google for process servers to serve a 3 day notice.
I came across this person and got in contact with her. On Monday around 3 pmish, I sent documents and payment.
Tuesday comes around and I text this person to see an update.
She told me she has not done it yet.
I decided to cancel the service due to the fact that I ended up getting the notice served quicker than expected. I didn’t think it was going to be an issue asking for a refund since the service was already done. Come to the realization that this person isn’t really a business with credibility. She goes based off on her words and what she tells you.
I would stay away due to the fact that she doesn’t have proper regulations and credibility.

We had an extremely hard situation, we needed a civil harassment restraining order served, the other party had evaded service from the Sheriff and Police 5 times over 2 weeks. Jeri handled this in less than 24 hours. She was ABSOLUTELY amazing in every aspect, professional, knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, went the extra mile (our printer broke and she offered to print off some papers we needed, happily AND since she was headed to her office which is by the courthouse, she offered to drop off the proof of service... that is phenomenal customer service). She puts in the effort to be an incredible listener so she fully understands the situation and this list could go on and on. Other process servers I spoke with prior my husband finding Jeri, after speaking with them, it was very frustrating since we had a very challenging situation and just their attitudes overall due to the hard situation were such a turn off. Thank God my husband found Jeri, she didn't bat an eye when we described our situation, she was willing to do whatever it takes (within the law) to serve the other party all while maintaining integrity and she was even respectful to the other party. She tailors her approach to meet the need of each situation. I cannot say enough nice things about her and would recommend her to anyone (P.S. My husband & I have very high standards when it comes to customer service so we are always incredibly grateful when we meet and have the pleasure of working with someone as incredibly as Jeri)
