My sister and I contacted Vitti Law Group to help us navigate the settlement of our stepmother’s estate after her battle with cancer ended in 2022.

Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for conflict to arise and for family members to have disagreements regarding the equitable distribution of assets when a family member dies.
