Says 24 hours… it’s 12:30 pm and the weather phone is turned off.

We used transit for my special needs son to go to school out district for years. This school year, they called me one day and said they couldn't pick him up THAT DAY or any following days. I had to scramble around and leave work early to go pick my son up from school. I then had to arrange rides from family and friends so my son could go to school and I could work. They had a change in this year staff and it shows. Their scheduling is absolutely terrible. Their service is absolutely terrible. We had $150 on our account fro rides, and it took a month to get a refund when they decided they could not pick him up anymore. My son is the sweetest kid on earth with no behavioral problems. They had no good reason to not want to pick him up suddenly. These people are truly terrible at doing what they exist to do: Give rides to people that cannot drive themselves.

Hmmmm. I like it I guess. Staff can be quite ride though. You can't rely on them early. They're either 20 minutes early or 20 minutes late. Rarely on time. I got a ticket that had 25 punches on it. I go from home to my career center. That takes 2 punches for some reason? It's not round trip so it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I've had issues with them before. But I guess it's better than nothing.

They helped me get home safely from the hospital they were friendly, accommodating with great customer service. I would most certainly use their service again. They went out of their way that day and I was more than appreciative.

I do not know what I would do without the transit now that I am not able to drive. They are awesome people that work there and drives Transit. There have only been a few times that the transit has been late but for good reason. Hope they never stopped running

Stops to turn left on hwy 13 and cant give a turn signal with a semi behind. No one I want to ride with. Approx. 11:15 11/21/18 downtown Wabash going north in road construction. Youre welcome moron! The truck driver.
