I had several questions about estate planning and possibly setting up a trust for my mother after my dad passed. I also had more questions of wanting to make sure my affairs were in order concerning my will, medical POA and Finacial POA. I have worked with Beth Walker and her Paralegal Marie Henderson. I can't say enough about how helpful they both have been. Explaining everything so I understand. They are all very kind and caring too at their office in Ankeny. I would highly recommend their law office.

Beth did a fantastic job for me. I needed an attorney to review a real estate purchase agreement. I had a different attorney at first. He never, not once, returned a call nor an email. Beth and her staff not only communicated with me regularly, but reviewed my purchase agreement within 24 hours. In addition, her fees are more than reasonable.

The attorney, Beth Walker and her paralegal, Marie, plus the whole staff in Newton went above and beyond to help our family with estate planning. The staff even came out to the car for all of the paperwork signings since not all of the family was feeling well enough to walk into the office that day.
