The entire team worked diligently to research, investigate and document our claim. They employed national experts in the relative fields to our circumstances. Michael and Karolina, through countless meetings on our behalf, individually with us, together with opposing representation, and with their council alone, refused all unacceptable offers. This insistence on an adequate settlement in multiple meetings with the defensive’s insurance companies and council spoke of their experience in this area. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about both Linc at Walsh Woodard was nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way.
