I can't say enough about Bob Fischer. He's kind, understanding and listens very carefully to you. My husband passed away last November and since my son is handicapped I wanted to make sure he would be taken care of if anything would happen to me. Attorney Fischer took care of everything. He helped with his Will and Power of Attorney. He made sure my son understood about the Will and Power of Attorney. Since the passing of my husband I was getting letters from Medicaid that I didn't feel comfortable dealing with and Attorney Fischer was more than willing to take care of it for me. I hired David Galloway to resolve issues I had with credit card “debt buyers” who purchased debt for pennies on the dollar and actually sued me for more money than was owed. David swiftly contacted each party with a cease and desist letter which instantly stopped all harassing phone calls and letters. David attended the Magistrate hearings and won both cases. I highly recommend David Galloway to help you in such matters.
