Pretty terrible, seems like they just want money and don't care about the actual laws.
First incident I had them help pulling a well permit for Sunstrain LLC is Pueblo County. Within a month of drilling the well (which had been paid for and no way to get refunded as it wasn't' the drilling company's fault), the county came in and shut it down.
Second incident happened the past few years where the advised my neighbor to shut my shared well down, despite the neighbor not abiding by the well covenants.
