Not really understanding the bad reviews. Brian Weinberger responded to me personally, within an hour. He took the time to explain to me the steps I could do myself to save money, and at which time it would become worth it to actually go about retaining him should it come to that. He's obviously not about the money. I would retain him in a second should it come to it. His honesty was refreshing.

Good Luck getting a response to emails. I emailed Mr. Weinberger several times with the updated info and he failed to respond. A simple "Sorry, we don't think you have a case" or "We can't take your case on right now" would have been nice.

I realize lawyers are busy but don't ask for additional info, and then fail to respond. Have some common courtesy.
