All the people are good people as for timeline 4-8 weeks for an engine seems to be a little long. I turned in a truck on warranty had a truck for rental until it broke and stranded my wife. They gave us a car which was a problem with my broke back getting in and out of I asked to see if we can get another truck. They just left us in the car for 3 1/2 weeks which is been more uncomfortable than all most when I return the rental car it was clean, swept out all fluids topped off and washed, unlike my truck after a major overhaul truck was dirty still had smells from the fluids inside the truck. Every time I start my truck now and I have the AC on or the heater you can smell the fluids that were spilt during engine swap they always return something better than when you got it. Well they did that. At least I got a new engine and it was running..

They were quick, efficient and took pictures of problem areas so I was aware. Cabin filter was one of them. Don't remember last it was changed which could mean it may have never been changed. Looked nasty so I had them replace it.

I came here several months ago to get a 4x4 realignment after accidentally hit a pole pulling out of a gas station. After my service, I noticed a weird clicking noise when I’d drive but I didn’t think anything of it since it had recently been serviced. Several months passed since my realignment and I took my Jeep to a mechanic (that had previously worked for WCG for years) for an oil change and he also noticed the clicking. He checked my alignment and realized that in fact they did not do a full 4x4 alignment and that my alignment was still WAY off. He was able to readjust my alignment and we discovered my brand new tires were worn down to wire on the inside. Most definitely because of the poor alignment job from WCG. So not only did I pay full price for a 1/2 done job I also now need to replace all 4 of my tires that were only on my jeep for a couple of months. I feel extremely taken advantage of and upset with the investment I’ve now had to make to fix all this. Avoid this place!!

I went to pick up my car after an oil change, and as I was walking up the service entry, I thought I saw my car shinning bright like a diamond but I wasn’t sure. But in that moment, I smiled because my car was dirty, dirty, lol but when they brought me my keys, my baby was sparkling…. Then I got some hot chocolate while I was there and it was the best time. Thanks guys!

I had my first experience with Weld County Garage last week. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of each person that helped with my vehicle. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for excellent customer service from start to finish! They definitely exceeded my expectations!!

If we take air cars or trucks to a dealership it’s because you need to be the best . Now my trip it’s canceled because of this if you really want to do things right you should give me a call they are going to order me a new one but know it cost me a good amount of time and money

I have always been a big fan of Weld County Garage but that changed as of yesterday. Someone tried to break into my car and broke the driver’s side door handle and did some other damage. I had an appointment on 12/16/2024 at 1:30 PM. I arrived and told Melinda what I was there for and her response was well I don’t know where Jacob is and I sure don’t know anything about a painted door handle.

After three and a half hours of waiting with absolutely no updates as to how the repairs were going. Finally Jacob appears and said the repair is done…ish, whatever that means! I was told that the larger part of the handle was installed but the other piece that goes around the key hole wasn’t fitting because it was bent. I asked for a referral to a good mechanic and Jacob suggested Abra. I took my car there today with the part that won’t fit and showed it to the ladies in the office and they went out and looked at the door and then they had one of they’re technicians look at it and he said the piece won’t fit because it’s broke. Wow, really? This experience has been the biggest disappointment of my life! I’m grateful and thankful that I can now open my driver’s side door but it looks stupid and I am very unhappy. I will consider editing my review only if this repair is done fully and to my satisfaction.

Smooth process! Reservation for oil change online, ready to check me in when I showed up a few minutes ahead of time. Pleasant service and communication. Waiting area was comfortable & clean. WiFi to get some work completed while waiting. Coffee & water while there! Included a car wash and had me ready to go pretty quick!
