My experience with Jason Wells was an extended journey of Trust and Commitment. My case took 6 years of patience. Jason like myself is very persistent when it comes to pursuing avenues and results. In my experience and opinion the CALIFORNIA workers compensation industry seems to focus on more equals less, meaning the CALIFORNIA workers compensation insurance companies will spend more money to provide the injured worker with less treatment options. The amount of denials for treatment due to maximus reviews was staggering. The one true thing is Jason was committed to doing the right thing for me throughout the entire process. When I emailed or spoke with Jason keeping in mind I am not his only client so I kept my questions directly to the point, Jason always responded and made sure I understood each step taken on this 6 year journey. Jason's knowledge of the ever changing workers compensation laws is his passion.
